I have actually been a customer of Barton for 39 years. In the beginning, they would come out and instantly replace a spring on one of those old-fashioned garage doors, They installed a brand new garage door at my home eventually and a brand new garage door opener to go with it. 2 year ago they replaced that GDO with a lovely new belt driven with all the bells and whistles. I can open and close it from my phone, It has a camera that records everything related to that garage door. Years ago, when I had to go into work on CALL in the middle of the night, I knew that it wasn't safe to be getting in and out of my car in the middle of the night out in front of my house when it was all dark. Barton has kept me safe for 39 years. After a recent nearby wildfire caused some power outages at my home my garage door opener was acting up. Barton came out and fixed it right back up They gave me some additional education on how to maintain my garage door. Every single Barton Representative, who has come to my house and waited on me, has been extremely professional and kind and polite. I'm just happy I have a reliable company to take care of that part of my personal safety.

Barton garage door came out to fix my garage door they were punctual, professional, and efficient. My door was having an issue going all the way down and it wasn't a photo eye problem, so they came out and had it working like new and sounding Quiet like when it was first installed.

My new door was installed in a day and the old door was hauled away. The installer was friendly and helpful, but left bits of debris behind that I had to clean up. After a day, the door started malfunctioning. I called the company and several days later another technician came out and made some adjustments to fix the problem. The office staff I interacted with were all fantastic. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and would consider them for future needs.

The workers showed upon time. Were very congenial and informed me of everything they were doing to install a new garage door opener, along with what I needed to do to maintain it. Did a great job in a quick amount of time. Very satisfied with their work.

Our old 1996 garage doors needed new belts. Barton Overhead Doors let me know I could get free warranty replacements from the manufacturer, which came quickly via FedEx. The installers arrived on time to fix up the old doors. They were very knowledgeable and showed me how to lubricate the parts with the spray they provided. I will buy new doors soon from Barton when I remodel the garage later this year.

The man who installed the new motor was professional, polite, timely, and efficient. He shared information with a neighbor who stopped by when she saw his truck. However, the staff at the office was not as helpful, and were short, seemed like I was bothering them when I inquired about a simple garage door window insert.

We only use Barton Doors at both of our facilities There customer service is great! I learn something everything they come out and I love their Pro Lube! We won't use anyone else. They have been with us at least 10 years!

Not to my expectations. This most recent experience with Barton was quite pleasing. Appreciated how my questions and concerns were handled. My two garage doors were having trouble with stopping and reversing both when opening and closing!!

Fantastic & expedient. I purchased 3 openers from them to operate their doors & gate back in 2006. Technician coded all 3 new openers to open 2 residential 1 Commercial and our Gate. 30 minutes & that includes driving thru gate & back out. It is so unusual to find that quality & expertise. My garage door would not open. Motor OK but would not engage to open. Had broken spring. I called Barton and they came out the next morning.
