This was for a new residential ground up project that I am a project manager for. These doors were ordered prior to my arrival as the GC PM. Great communication with Joshua on scheduling. Doors were delivered and installed with a small issue of the springs not right for the 9x8 doors. Doors are a nice setup and openers are a worthy nice unit. The reason for 4 stars is first, the installers left several holes in ceilings cause they couldn’t find the rafters to attach the brackets too. I mentioned they should carry a magnet with them so they can find the studs and I ended up giving the one installer one cause he couldn’t stop making holes. Now I have several patches that need to be taken care of prior to close out. Second, they left their garbage everywhere and didn’t clean up after themselves. All the cardboard packages and protection wrap was picked up by others and tossed in the pile where it’s clearly seen by all. Nuts and bolts all over the garage floors. The closers and keypads were not handed off and just sat on a window ledge for anyone to take and was not labeled. We have a total of five doors and only 4 wireless keypads. The service was great with exceptions to the rule. Always clean up after yourself and never assume your stud layout and start making holes in a finished, painted ceiling.

Rocky was 1 minute 'late'. Very professional. Had 2 broken springs replaced in an hour at a reasonable price quoted by dispatcher before he arrived.

Fast and efficient

We have an old shop door that was broken and stuck closed with our equipment stuck inside. Barton was able to get someone out within a few hours and they had the door repaired better than it was before at that time, for a reasonable price. Hope we don’t need them again soon but will definitely use them if we do!

The service was fast and the same day. He checked the 20 yr old door for any repairs needed. And found nothing amiss so did what I asked. He greased the rollers, joints and rails. All were said was fine. Took 1/2 hr and I have a quiet door, no rattling and creaking. Best of all I don’t have to worry about not being able to get out of my garage. Thank you so much. The garage door opener installer, Nick Bisio, is very knowledgeable in installing the door opener. There were some issues about setting up my car to open the door, it didn't take him long to get it working. In addition, he is a very polite and courtesy person. I am completely satisfied with the quality of his work.

Dave was out again to repair a stripped gear on one of my three openers. I called Service at 8:30 and Dave arrived at 9:40. I was expecting to wait for a few days. Awesome service, as usual. I would highly recommend BOD for your opener needs!

My shop door broke and was stuck open at 6am. I called Barton when they opened at 7:30 am. They sent repairmen a few hours later. They repaired my door so I could close and open it now.

Our garage door needed a new Belt and their man Juvenal Bravo helped us order and get a new one... he came the same day it arrived in the mail and took about 15 minutes to install... We have done business with Barton since we moved into our newly built home in 2006 . They installed a door opener in our small garage door . Three years ago we need to install an opener motor in our large door. The tech at the time told us we probably had a few more years before the spring needed to be replaced. He was right we had it replaced a couple days ago. They have been responsive to our needs. They make an effort to not make us wait for a tech. The technicians that have come out have been knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend Barton.
