Wonderful customer service! Called at 12 noon on Friday and they were able to get a technician to my house but 2pm the same day to fix our garage door. We have used them for several years and will continue to in the future. Thank you Kaylie for being so helpful and Rocky for fixing our door.

Great company! I'm gonna say some things that sound like a lot other reviews from other places, but with out a doubt this company rocks. Friendly and clear communication. Fast service, molded with quality. Excellent technicians. No question they couldn't answer. Plus they are local! Had zero problems in regards to what was serviced. My go to company for the service they provide.

We've used Barton 3 times now for repairs over the years. Each time they are quick to respond and send a tech out to our house. They've always been able to fix what's broken right then and there (no waiting on parts). The techs are friendly and competent. We have been very pleased with our experiences with Barton!

Highly recommended by my neighbors on the next door app. I was beyond pleased. They got there much earlier than they told me they were there by 9 or 9:30 and I called Friday after the close of business so they are there nice and early Monday Rocky did a good job very businesslike no Mass I would use them again for repair or purchase thanks guys for doing such a good job

I have tried to install openers myself over the years. I installed 4-5 openers in the past, but they never worked smoothly. The last one I installed would open up by itself at unexpected times, and it would not close without pressing the switch on and off several times. Barton's installer did a fantastic job. My door goes up and down so quietly and smoothly now. Professionally done. Very reasonable price . I'm Very very happy.

Barton quickly repaired our garage door opener

I called with a door that would not open. They diagnosed that the spring had broken. They told me exactly the cost (very reasonable) and were there first thing in the morning. In and out in about 30 minutes. Great service!!

k. so garage door opener update.. BARTON OVERHEAD DOOR was just out and not only diagnosed and fixed my problem, they also checked the door for alignment and greased it up ~ all in under 30 minutes! AND for the incredible price of $99.00!! Rocky (the garage door opener fixer champ) reversed the photo eyes so that the sun's reflection will no longer give a false something is in the way signal, thus stopping the door from closing. they came in at budget, at expected time, were prompt, efficient, and more importantly KIND. i highly recommend!

They deserve 10 stars !! Great customer service with the sales rep, secretary and garage door installers. I shopped around and received 3 quotes from local businesses. Barton was the cheapest, which is not always the best! "You get what you pay for".... They exceeded my expectations by far and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my garage doors. They are gorgeous !!

I was very pleased with the professional service I received from Kurt at Barton Overhead Door. He had my garage door opener issues asessed and dealt with in less than 30 minutes. He tightened the springs and lubed the entire system. I was so excited I didn't have to buy a new garage door opener. I would recommend Barton Overhead Door to anyone who has a need for honesty and integrity.

I believe they have an excellent product, however the installation in my opinion was done very poorly the doors are loud and squeaky. I was told they would be installed and hooked up to factory specs . I do not believe that is how my doors were locked up .

My garage door was no longer responding to my remote control or the programmed button in my vehicles, but the button on the wall in the garage was working fine. I called Barton and described my issue to the receptionist and she walked me through a bit of trial and error, eventually walking me through the process of re-linking motor and remote. After this my issue was completely resolved - my remote worked perfectly. She advised that perhaps my logic board is going faulty & gave me price estimates for replacement of the part.. In time perhaps I will have to look into that. However she was patient and helpful, all for free. Will call again.
