I had been wanting to upgrade our garage door system for years. Fortunately, when the main spring broke on the old door, I called Barton. After talking with the service technician (Juvenal) who came out for the repair; my wife said "let's just get a whole new setup". Hallelujah!! Dillon installed the new (insulated, belt driven, custom made) door in a few hours. The door opens and closes quickly, and is WHISPER QUIET!! IT'S GREAT!! WE LOVE IT!! THANKS BARTON OVERHEAD DOOR!!!

Guys were here a little early and done a little early as well. Very friendly and picked up after themselves which was refreshing compared to other contractors we’ve had. Very easy to deal with and did great work. Would use them again.

So, an overhead spring broke on my garage door. It lasted nearly 30 years. Barton was the company that put in my original garage door. Phenomenal quality! I mean what last 30 years, anymore? I immediately made an appointment and they came out the very next day. And within a half hour of arrival they had replaced the broken spring and the old one, also. It’s so great to have people that know what they’re doing. I trust Barton and only Barton when it comes to garage doors- And of course I only recommend Barton...

We called on a Saturday and were advised that help would be with us Monday Morning. At 8;30 Eli showed up at our home. Eli quickly determined the problem, had repair parts on hand and very professionally and politely fixed our door, serviced our door and told us how to lube it for future use. Excellent attitude and great job Eli.

Chris was fabulous, professional, and timely. I was hoping for an early start and he made that happen even earlier than I thought possible. I have used Barton before and thought they did a great job then, going the extra mile and doing some real nice extras. I just can't say enough good things about this company!

I had been using another door company in Modesto for 20 years only because they did the original installation when we built the house. The service technicians were ok, but the office staff were difficult at best. So I made the switch to Barton a couple of years ago and what a huge difference in courtesy and response time. They always keep you updated on when the technician will arrive and the job gets done fast. Keep it up!

Got the job done, nothing more, nothing less. I only wished the repair guy would have been more professional in communicating with me, i.e. he did not even introduce himself, tell me what to expect, and how much it would cost upfront. I had to ask him, otherwise he wouldn't tell me anything. That's my only complaint.

I’m a returning customer that had my garage door installed back in 2003ish. With in a few seconds of being on the phone with their service department, The young lady knew exactly what product I had them install at my house, and who I was. She was full of knowledge about all the new cool gadgets that come with some openers and explained all the new laws that California has implemented as of last June or July 2019. She was great! Thank you for your honesty and you helping me by get an appointment “asap” The very next day I had a technician at the house. With a phone call about 30 minutes before he arrived. He had ID and insisted he take his shoes off to walk through the house. He was super. He showed me why the old part had most likely broke and he had the garage door open and adjusted in no time. And when you’d think it couldn’t get any better. They were considerably less out of pocket than their competitors. That’s why I give Barton Doors 5 stars for sure.

I used to call a handy man to fix my garage doors but they would never get it right. Barton gets it right every time and they’re reasonable. Anytime I need a door fixed or an opener installed or fixed I call Barton Overhead Door and it gets done right!!! Thank you Barton Overhead Door😃

Absolutely the best from first contact to finished repair. We had called another company first. They quoted a price over the phone to replace one spring. Upon arrival they wanted to double the price to replace both springs. I phoned Barton overhead doors to compare prices while the first company was still here and found out that Barton would replace both springs for almost the price that the other company quoted for one spring. Barton is a professional company from start to finish.

Great service, they kept me updated on when my service person was going to show up. He showed up on time . I showed him the problem with the garage opener, he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He had the parts with him and took care of it same day. I am extremely satisfied and will call them again if I have any other problems.
