The service man was very knowledgeable and helpful and efficient. The spring broke so he was out the next morning. He told me the springs have a 10 year warranty !

We recently had an emergency with our garage door and I called several repair shops but none of them could come out same day...except for Barton. They repaired the door in record time and our repairman was very nice and considerate. He was very knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend Barton. They were great!

I was little disappointed, because nothing was broken or needed replacement. Just educated me on how to reset. I feel I shouldn't been charged full amount. I had something like that with a plumber. I didn't ask for grace i was given grace. $140. For less than 20 min education.

Totally satisfied with the repair of my garage door opener. Came out the day I called, tech quickly determined that the belt was the problem. Expecting to pay for a new belt (old one was 24 years old), I was unexpectedly advised that the belt had a lifetime warranty. Long story short, three days later I received the new belt from Liftmaster and Barton's tech came and replaced the belt on the next day. Only charged for a fair-priced service call. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

Prompt response. Quickly solved my problem. I was impressed with the service The technician then did a careful inspection of my garage door and found some missing bolts on the garage door hinges. This would have caused problems in the future, so I am grateful that it was taken care of at the time of his visit.

Same day service, which was great. I called them around 9:00AM and was given a time frame of 12:00 -1:00. The service tech, Rocky arrived on time as promised. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix the problem. I would definitely call them again if at some point I need help with my garage door again.

Very pleased with the work they do at both incidents. Their pricing is reasonable too and they try to troubleshoot the problem before replacing the entire unit to save on costs.

Derrick serviced our door which was not closing properly. He was prompt. He tightened the sensor units to the walls and also the tracks. He replaced the lights and lubricated it. Unfortunately, after all his trouble shooting, it looks like we will need to replace the motor. I could not be happier with the service Derrick gave us. I strongly recommend Barton Overhead Door!
