It was a long process on my 30 yr garage door fix. But it is now fixed wonderfully and had an awesome repair person. Also had a person to review and estimate to replace garage door. Gave ideas and was very helpful. Thanks for all your hard work Barton doors.

We called for broken garage door springs and Barton had a technician at our home in less than 90 minutes. He arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time window and repaired and serviced our garage door and opener. He called me and explained the issue and was done quickly. We are very grateful for the extremely quick and effective service. I would highly recommend Barton.

Great customer service and value!

Had one door where the elec eye wasn’t working. Rusty got everything aligned and now no more holding down the button! He libricated everything and now the doors are as quiet as they can be.

I recently used Barton Overhead Door to replace a spring that suddenly snapped on my garage roll-up door. This happened late in the afternoon. I was offered emergency service but was pleased that I was able to get service the next day. The service technician was prompt, and went right to work, taking care of the issue and checking that everything else was in good shape. There was no effort to try and upsell me on service that I didn't require. I always appreciate that.

Barton Overhead Door's employees are very knowledgeable and professional. We had a problem with a broken sprint and the person who came to repair it not only fix the problem but added an extra sprint (because the builder in order to save money, installed only one sprint and 5 yrs after we moved in, this one broke). So, for the same price, he installed a second one. Our garage door never has worked so smoothly, silently and powered. We are amazed at the difference in quality. This man explained so many things and reasons why he did what he did. And the guaranty, 10yrs, which I believe it will be at least doubled.

There work is quick ,fast and accurate .They so fantastic service with there business .They communicate well and tell you exactly what type of work they will be doing. .A person gives you an accurate time and the prices are decent for the bay area .phone calls are balanced and good to chat about before in actual work is done .They ask you what type of design you want with your door and color paint that they want as your front design. I spoke to a guy and he told me exactly what type of work they complete and approximately how long the job will take .

Garage door had a broken roller and also needed the rubber strip on bottom. Contacted Barton Overhead and technician came and repaired it quickly and he also checked all the rollers and sprayed them with a lubricant. Works great! Will continue to use them in the future.
